I got the 2′ version of this as a birthday present for a friend. It came with a crack in the mouth piece. I haven’t felt with the people here at LSS, but she called them and she was very happy about how nice and helpful they were about getting it replaced. To me helpfulness, and simple courteous human relations go along ways, especially these days with people feeling put out just because you expect them to stand behind the product they sell. Needless to say these are my go to people for all my smoking accessories.

I bought this a few days ago, and it just came in today and it absolutely RIPS, I’m in love haha. Also I have a serious case of Butterfingers and have broken like every glass bong I’ve gotten my hands on thankfully I won’t have to worry about that with this piece 😍 at first I ordered a 15″ but talking to the Legal Smoke Shop employees they were extremely helpful and we received the 18″ instead, im def gonna show this piece off lol
